1. Purpose of the Meeting

The purpose of the meeting was to provide an update to Mr. Thabo Moshatane, the field supervisor from the University of Johannesburg, regarding the progress, conduct, and contributions of Obakeng Mahwai, a social work student currently completing her practical placement with our organisation. In addition, Mr. Moshatane sought information regarding the organisation’s structure and operational processes.

3. Queries from Mr. Moshatane

Mr. Moshatane raised several questions regarding the organisation’s structure and operations, which were addressed as follows:
