    • Vision: A thriving community where youth are equipped with skills, education, and the support of a strong, engaged volunteer network.
  2. Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Program Facilitators: Lead workshops, youth engagement activities, and educational support.
    • Mentors: Provide one-on-one mentorship to youth, focusing on academic, emotional, and social growth.
    • Event Coordinators: Organize community events, outreach programs, and fundraisers.
    • Administrative Support: Handle logistics, communication, and general administrative tasks to keep the project running smoothly.
    • Social Media and Communication Volunteers: Help to promote activities, events, and success stories through various channels.
  3. Recruitment Strategy:
    • Target Audience: Youth-focused individuals, students, professionals in the education, social work, and community development sectors, as well as retirees seeking to contribute to the community.
    • Recruitment Channels:
      • Local community centers and schools
      • Social media platforms
      • Partnerships with universities, NGOs, and businesses
      • Word-of-mouth and referrals from existing volunteers
    • Recruitment Process: Clear volunteer role descriptions, application forms, interviews, and orientation sessions.
