- Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities:
- Program Facilitators: Lead workshops, youth engagement activities, and educational support.
- Mentors: Provide one-on-one mentorship to youth, focusing on academic, emotional, and social growth.
- Event Coordinators: Organize community events, outreach programs, and fundraisers.
- Administrative Support: Handle logistics, communication, and general administrative tasks to keep the project running smoothly.
- Social Media and Communication Volunteers: Help to promote activities, events, and success stories through various channels.
- Recruitment Strategy:
- Target Audience: Youth-focused individuals, students, professionals in the education, social work, and community development sectors, as well as retirees seeking to contribute to the community.
