    Programme Focus:
    The June edition of SayPro Monthly Career Development, implemented under the directive of the SayPro Development Strategic Partnerships Office and guided by SayPro Development Royalty, focuses on “Developing High-Performance Leadership Skills.” This initiative forms part of SayPro’s ongoing efforts to build a capable, motivated, and future-ready workforce.

    Objective:
    To equip SayPro employees with critical leadership capabilities to enable them to lead teams effectively, enhance productivity, and promote a results-driven organisational culture.


    Programme Overview

    The “High-Performance Leadership Skills” training aims to provide targeted and practical knowledge in leadership by focusing on three main areas:

    1. Team Motivation and Engagement
      • Understanding what drives team members
      • Cultivating a culture of trust and accountability
      • Implementing motivation strategies tailored to different personality types and team dynamics
    2. Goal Setting and Execution
      • Setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals aligned with SayPro’s vision and objectives
      • Building performance plans and tracking progress
      • Applying agile project management principles to increase effectiveness
    3. Conflict Resolution and Team Harmony
      • Identifying and managing different types of workplace conflict
