Through the “Volunteer with Charities” program, employees are encouraged to engage directly with causes they care about by donating their time to vetted nonprofit organizations. The initiative strengthens employee involvement in community service and fosters a deeper connection with social impact work.

🖥️ How to Get Started
Step 1: Log Into the SayPro Platform
Employees will access the volunteer module by logging into the SayPro website at www.saypro.online. Navigate to the “Volunteer Opportunities” section.
Step 2: Browse and Select
Explore available opportunities based on:
- Geographic location (in-person or remote)
- Type of activity (e.g., teaching, logistics, mentorship)
- Commitment duration (single-day, short-term, ongoing)
Step 3: Register
- Click “Volunteer” on the selected opportunity.
- Submit basic availability and interest form.
- Receive confirmation with further instructions from the partner organization.
🕒 Track Volunteer Hours
The SayPro platform includes a Volunteer Hours Log, where employees:
- Log each volunteer session (date, duration, organization, activity)
- Upload proof of participation (e.g., signed confirmation from the nonprofit)
- Monitor total hours contributed
Volunteer activities will be reviewed and verified by SayPro’s CSR team. Verified hours appear on each employee’s profile and count toward recognition programs.
