To bridge the gap between theory and practice by immersing employees in hands-on project management assignments. The aim is to strengthen execution skills, encourage accountability, and reinforce strategic alignment through applied learning.

- Participants will be grouped and assigned SayPro-specific projects based on departmental priorities
