    As part of the SayPro Monthly Career Development initiative for June 2025, the SayPro Development Strategic Partnerships Office, under the leadership of SayPro Development Royalty, is proud to introduce the “Enhance Project Management Competencies” programme.     Objective:
    To strengthen SayPro employees’ ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, timely delivery, and efficient resource utilisation.

      • Understanding the project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure
      • Defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources
      • Developing work breakdown structures (WBS) and Gantt charts
    2. Execution and Resource Management
      • Managing time, cost, and quality effectively
      • Delegation, team coordination, and task prioritisation
      • Utilizing digital tools such as Trello, Asana, or MS Project for workflow tracking
    3. Monitoring and Risk Control
      • Setting up monitoring indicators and project dashboards

    The June edition of SayPro Monthly Career Development, implemented under the directive of the SayPro Development Strategic Partnerships Office and guided by SayPro Development Royalty, focuses on “Developing High-Performance Leadership Skills.” This initiative forms part of SayPro’s ongoing efforts to build a capable, motivated, and future-ready workforce.

    Objective:
    To equip SayPro employees with critical leadership capabilities to enable them to lead teams effectively, enhance productivity, and promote a results-driven organisational culture.


    Programme Overview

    The “High-Performance Leadership Skills” training aims to provide targeted and practical knowledge in leadership by focusing on three main areas:
