It’s about ensuring that sponsors receive the brand visibility, marketing opportunities, and audience engagement they were promised during negotiations. This step is crucial for building long-term sponsor relationships and for demonstrating the value of partnership with SayPro.


    Key Activities and Deliverables:

    1. Brand Placement Across Materials:
      • Add sponsor logos to all event collateral, including:
        • Posters
        • Banners (print and digital)
        • Flyers
        • Press releases
        • Official event merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, lanyards, badges)
      • Ensure branding meets each sponsor’s guidelines (e.g., size, placement, colors).
    2. Digital Platform Integration:
      • Feature sponsors on:
        • SayPro’s official website with clickable links to their sites.
        • Event app (if applicable).
