On behalf of the Diepsloot Youth Project, I would like to formally request the use of SayPro Headquarters in Centurion to host our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is a key event on our calendar, where we reflect on our progress, engage stakeholders, and plan for the year ahead.

• Time: 10:00am
• Expected Attendance: 80 people

We believe that hosting the AGM at SayPro’s headquarters would not only provide a conducive and professional environment but also symbolize our shared commitment to youth development and community empowerment.

We kindly ask if SayPro could support us by providing the venue and any available facilities ( seating, projector, refreshments if possible). We are more than willing to meet and discuss the logistics or make necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth and respectful use of your space.
