Objective:

As an eSports Instructor within the SayPro Development 5-Day eSports Camp, your primary objective is to equip participants with advanced knowledge of game-specific strategies and core principles of successful team-based gameplay. You will help transform recreational players into competitive-level thinkers through structured lessons, game theory, and real-time match coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Game-Specific Strategic Instruction:

Provide in-depth tutorials and live demonstrations for leading competitive titles such as:

League of Legends: Map control, laning phase strategies, vision placement, team fight coordination.
Fortnite: Rotational strategies, resource management, building mechanics, and storm positioning.
Dota 2: Drafting strategy, lane dominance, power spike usage, and coordinated gank plays.
Call of Duty (Multiplayer/Warzone): Loadout optimization, movement tactics, map awareness, and squad-based combat execution.
Break down high-level plays and competitive meta to enhance decision-making and reaction speed.

2.Team Dynamics and Communication:

Teach the fundamentals of team synergy, shot calling, role specialization, and tactical communication.
Organize and supervise scrimmages, emphasizing coordination and adaptability.
Assign in-game roles based on players’ strengths and promote accountability within team setups.

3.Analytical Breakdown and Replay Review:

Conduct video review sessions of professional and participant gameplay.
Identify mistakes, missed opportunities, and teach how to read the opponent’s strategy.
Encourage a mindset of reflection, learning, and iteration.

4.Customized Player Development:

Provide individual feedback to each participant on positioning, mechanics, and game sense.
Set daily improvement goals and track progress over the 5-day camp.
