Group discussions and role plays enhanced collaborative learning.

Numeracy skills required additional support for some learners, but all eventually achieved competence.

ICT-based training was highly interactive and increased learners’ confidence in digital literacy.

  1. Challenges

Limited access to computers during ICT research sessions required learners to work in pairs.

Some learners initially struggled with mathematical concepts but improved after additional facilitator guidance.

Writing structure and formatting needed reinforcement for learners in communication-based modules.

  1. Recommendations

Increase computer resources or consider rotating sessions to ensure all learners have sufficient hands-on time.

Continue encouraging active participation in role plays and group activities, as these foster confidence and practical application.

Maintain face-to-face facilitation, as it supports learner accountability and immediate clarification of content.

  1. Conclusion

The October 2024 End User Learnership training cycle was successfully completed under the facilitation of Jeffrey Olokile Motapina. All 10 learners attended, participated actively, and submitted their assessments, meeting programme requirements.

SayProCDR acknowledges the commitment of the learners, facilitators, and administrative team, which ensured that despite challenges, the month’s training outcomes were fully achieved.
