Today, I learned that working as a team really strengthens problem-solving and decision-making. By collaborating, we were able to approach challenges from different perspectives, divide tasks more efficiently, and support each other under pressure. I also realized the importance of clear communication, listening actively, and being open to feedback — all of which helped us stay aligned and productive.
