    โ€œI want to sell at Riverside and be a good example to the youth of South Africa. If I can do it, they can too. I want to sell spices, walk around meeting people halfway because there is no small business in Riverside.โ€
  • Calvin Ravele:
    โ€œWhen running a business, you have to be patient and hardworking. Stay away from people who donโ€™t take your business seriously, and always respect your customers no matter what.โ€

    โ€œIโ€™m influenced by people who sell on the streets. They are always on time, even when it rains. They donโ€™t drink or smoke; they work hard for their families.โ€
  • Nonhlanhla Skosana:
    โ€œKe influenced ke malome waka. The way aleng strong kateng, Asa lahleng tshepo. Le moo re tswang teng, most of the boys ba tsuba ba nwa jwala, mara yena ha ka sala morao. O ile a bala hore a be moo aleng today.โ€
    (Translation: Iโ€™m influenced by my uncle. He is strong and never lost hope. Where we come from, many boys smoke and drink, but he stayed focused and studied hard to be where he is today.)
