1. Event Hosting Authorisation
Mr. Malatji has granted the Development Team
authority to host all SayPro events, including
graduation ceremonies
The Development Team is responsible for:
Event bookings and arrangements.
Collaboration with the Marketing Team
Organising travel and tourism logistics.
Issuing certificates
Managing event necessities:
decor, catering, and logistics
2. Upcoming Training (24–26 June)
Purpose:
Organizational Training
Action Items:
Development Team must formally request permission to host the training.
All preparations and arrangements to be completed in advance.
A joint workshop
must be hosted as a refresher training
Mr. Rikhotsoto train Development Team on procedures and standards.
3. Policy References & Compliance
Policy 189– Managed by the Chief Officer. For invitations and approvals.
Policy 380– Must be followed for all programmes and projects.
All invitations and communications must comply with these policies.
Invitations to stakeholders and officials to be formally sent.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

5. Training Course Booking & Confirmation Process
1. Book training course(capacity building) in accordance with relevant policies.
2. Development Royalty must:
Demonstrate the training process.
Share the IdeaPush link with the
Chancellor

6. Event Implementation – Steps by Mr. Rikhotso
1. Send registration forms to all representatives (include participant list).
2. Register participants on the Education System
3. Add participant details to official forms.
4. Share training calendar with reps one week before implementation.
5. Share calendar invitefor training with all attendees.
6. Ensure attendees are served:
Breakfast
Lunch
Snack
7. Record and submit attendance registers
8. post-training.
