Objective:

To work collaboratively with the Marketing and Event Operations teams to ensure that all sponsor materials—such as banners, signage, digital content, promotional items, and activations—are accurately and seamlessly integrated into the overall event experience in alignment with the sponsorship agreements.


Purpose:

This process ensures that:

  • All sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled with high quality and professionalism.
  • Sponsors receive maximum visibility and audience engagement.
  • Attendees experience a branded, consistent, and immersive environment that reflects SayPro’s standards and sponsor partnership value.
  • Sponsor expectations are not only met but exceeded, leading to future renewals and increased investment.

Key Areas of Coordination:

1. Sponsor Material Collection and Validation

Tasks:

  • Collect sponsor assets:
    • Logos (in required formats)
    • Brand guidelines
    • Digital banners, videos, or presentations
    • Print materials (flyers, brochures)
    • Branded merchandise or giveaways
  • Review all materials for:
    • Compliance with SayPro brand/event standards
    • Resolution and print-readiness
    • Deadline alignment for design/production

Deliverables:

  • Approved sponsor branding kit
  • Sponsor Asset Submission Form (completed)
  • Final sponsor content archive (organized by activation zone or media)

2. Integration with Marketing Team

Marketing Team Role: Ensure that sponsor branding is well represented across all communications and digital channels.
