  • Launch Employee Engagement Survey
  • Open Registration for Workshops and Wellness Programs
  • Start Cross-Departmental Team Challenges

SayPro Week 2 (05-08-2025 to 05-14-2025)

  • Host Leadership and Communication Workshops
  • Encourage Participation in Wellness Programs
  • Organize Mental Health and Wellness Webinars (Stress Management & Mindfulness)

SayPro Week 3 (05-15-2025 to 05-21-2025)

  • Begin Team-Building Challenge
  • Conduct Peer Recognition Events

  • Finalize and Present Employee Feedback Reports:
    Compile results from the employee engagement survey and develop summary reports highlighting key insights, trends, and areas for improvement. Present findings to leadership and staff to ensure transparency and guide next steps for engagement strategies.
