- Communication: The employee agrees to provide regular updates to their supervisor regarding the progress of tasks and any potential delays. The employee is responsible for immediately notifying their manager if they anticipate missing a deadline or encountering challenges.
- Collaboration: The employee will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks, providing support and assistance when needed to meet collective goals.
- Quality Assurance: The employee understands the importance of producing high-quality work and will review all deliverables before submission to ensure they meet project standards.
