SayPro Monthly โ May SCDR-2: Employee Responsibilities
All SayPro employees participating in the May SCDR-2 initiative will be responsible for the following:
- Survey Participation: Complete the quarterly employee engagement survey in a timely manner. Your feedback is essential and will directly contribute to shaping future programs, improving workplace culture, and guiding leadership decisions.
- Workshop Attendance: Attend a minimum of two workshops or training sessions focused on leadership, communication, or skill-building. These sessions are designed to enhance professional growth and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Team Challenge Involvement: Actively participate in team challenges aimed at solving real business problems and driving innovation across departments. Collaboration and creativity are key to achieving impactful results.
