Job Post Description: Strategic Partnerships Manager (January)
Position Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager
Location: Neftalopolis or Online (depending on preference)
Duration: 01-01-2025 to 01-31-2025
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations seeking innovative advertising solutions through SayPro Ads.
- Conduct initial consultations with potential partners to understand their needs and propose tailored advertising services.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure successful partnership growth and satisfaction.
2. Advertising Service Customization:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop customized advertising campaigns that meet client-specific business goals.
- Ensure that all campaigns reflect SayPro Ads’ core values, including innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility.
- Create and implement marketing strategies that leverage cutting-edge advertising technologies to deliver optimal results for clients.
3. Revenue Management:
- Oversee the financial tracking of all service-related partnerships, ensuring transparent and accurate royalty payments to partners.
- Manage and monitor financial performance related to advertising services, ensuring fair compensation for both partners and SayPro Ads based on campaign results.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement best practices for revenue generation and royalty distribution.
4. Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate detailed monthly performance reports on service-based campaigns, analyzing key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and customer engagement.
- Utilize GPT-driven insights to refine campaign strategies, identify new partnership opportunities, and enhance service offerings.
- Monitor and analyze campaign outcomes to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI.
5. Ongoing Client Management:
- Maintain strong communication with both new and existing clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and engagement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships, whether through additional services, campaign adjustments, or strategic recommendations.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to address evolving business needs and ensure campaign success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or advertising sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising platforms.
- Experience with data analysis and using insights to enhance marketing strategies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with GPT-driven tools and other AI-powered analytics is a plus.
