2. Scope

This agreement applies to all individuals who:

  • Are employed by or affiliated with SayPro,
  • Work under any project or assignment managed or funded by SayPro,
  • Have access to SayPro’s internal data, systems, or community information.

3. Code of Conduct

As a representative of SayPro, I agree to the following principles:

4. Confidentiality Agreement

As part of my role, I may have access to sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information, including but not limited to:

  • Community member data or personal records,
  • Internal SayPro reports, finances, or project plans,
  • Donor and partner information,
  • Any non-public operational or strategic documents.

I agree to the following:

I will not disclose or share any confidential information with unauthorized individuals or organizations, both during and after my association with SayPro.
