Instructions for Use
- Date Range:
Enter the start and end dates for the reporting period of the Ad Campaign. - Ad Campaign Name:
The name of the advertising campaign in which the Partner participated. - Campaign Type:
Specify the type of campaign (e.g., display ads, video ads, etc.). - Impressions:
Track the total number of ad impressions generated by the campaign. - Clicks:
Record the total number of clicks the ads received. - Revenue Generated:
The total revenue generated from the campaign (before revenue share deductions). - SayPro’s Share (%) and Partner’s Share (%):
Specify the agreed percentage split of revenue between SayPro and the Partner (e.g., SayPro 30%, Partner 70%). - Partner’s Earnings ($):
Calculate the Partner’s share of the revenue by applying their share percentage to the total revenue generated. Formula:
Partner’s Earnings = Revenue Generated × (Partner’s Share Percentage / 100) - Payment Status:
Track whether the earnings for each campaign have been paid out (Paid/Unpaid). - Payment Date:
Record the date when the Partner was paid their earnings.
