SayPro Responsibilities:
1. Develop Training Content for New Tour Guides:
As part of your role at SayPro, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive and engaging training content for new tour guides. This includes creating instructional materials, manuals, and guides that help familiarize new staff with company procedures, local history, cultural knowledge, and customer service expectations. You will need to ensure that the training content is easy to understand, interactive, and aligned with SayPro’s standards for providing an excellent guest experience. This could involve producing written documents, e-learning modules, and perhaps even live training sessions or webinars.
2. Create Informative Brochures and Online Content:
You will develop printed and digital brochures that provide essential information about the tours SayPro offers. These brochures should highlight the unique features of each tour, include relevant details about destinations, landmarks, itineraries, and pricing. You will also need to produce engaging and informative online content, such as blog posts, articles, social media updates, and multimedia content (e.g., videos and photos), that supports SayPro’s marketing efforts and helps potential guests make informed decisions about booking tours. The content must be aligned with SayPro’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
3. Manage the SayPro Travel Website:
A key part of your responsibilities will be to oversee the SayPro travel website. This includes ensuring that all tour information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. You will be responsible for regularly updating the site with current tour schedules, pricing, and any changes in itineraries or services. In addition, you will work to optimize the website’s user experience (UX), ensuring the site is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and mobile-friendly. You will need to collaborate with the tech team to implement any necessary updates or features to enhance functionality and improve the overall customer experience.

A strong ability to generate creative and informative content for multiple platforms is crucial.
