Objective:
Ensure that 90% or more of SayPro sponsors report being satisfied or highly satisfied with their sponsorship experience and perceived return on investment (ROI) by the end of the quarter.

Key Satisfaction Metrics:

  • Sponsor feedback on communication, support, and professionalism
  • Quality and visibility of branding across SayPro platforms
  • Perceived value and effectiveness of sponsored activations
  • Lead generation and business outcomes resulting from the partnership
  • Overall willingness to sponsor SayPro again in future events

Strategies to Achieve Goal:

  1. Pre-Event Onboarding & Custom Planning:
    • Conduct structured onboarding sessions for each sponsor
    • Co-create customized sponsorship activation plans aligned with their brand goals
  2. Dedicated Sponsor Account Management:
    • Assign a Sponsor Liaison from the SayPro Sponsorship Team to provide one-on-one support
    • Maintain regular check-ins pre, during, and post event to address concerns and optimize execution
  3. Real-Time Support During Activations:
    • On-site sponsor service team available throughout the event for quick assistance
    • Daily review of activation performance to adjust and improve on the go
  4. Post-Event ROI Reporting:
    • Deliver personalized sponsor impact reports with metrics on reach, impressions, engagement, and leads
    • Include qualitative feedback from festivalgoers where applicable
  5. Feedback Collection & Improvement Loop:
    • Conduct anonymous post-event sponsor satisfaction surveys
    • Hold optional one-on-one debrief sessions to gather deeper insights
    • Analyze feedback and implement improvements for the next quarter

Monitoring & Evaluation:
