SayPro Facilitates Youth Mobilization for 3 Young People in Partnership with the Gauteng Department of Social Development – 09 April 2025

On 09 April 2025, SayPro, in partnership with the Gauteng Department of Social Development, successfully conducted a Youth Mobilization session for three young individuals. This initiative is part of a broader effort to engage, inspire, and empower youth to take active roles in their personal development and in contributing positively to their communities.

The youth mobilization session aimed to:

• Raise awareness about available opportunities for education, employment, and personal growth.
• Encourage youth participation in community and civic initiatives.
• Promote leadership, self-discipline, and proactive citizenship.
• Connect participants with resources, mentors, and development programmes within their area.

The session featured:

• Motivational discussions led by trained SayPro facilitators.
• Interactive activities to boost confidence and communication.
• Information on skills development programmes, volunteering, and job readiness.
• Guidance on accessing government services and support structures.

Each participant received personalized attention, enabling them to express their goals, challenges, and aspirations. They were also linked to follow-up services, including SayPro’s Life Skills workshops and ongoing mentorship opportunities.
