Course Attendance Fees

1. Face-to-Face Attendance
   • Fee: $500 per participant
   • Details:
     • This pricing applies to participants who attend the training program in person.
     • Includes all training materials, access to live demonstrations, hands-on practice with pool system technologies, and personalized interactions with instructors.
     • Participants will also have the opportunity to network with other professionals in the swimming pool manufacturing industry during the event.
2. Virtual Attendance (If Applicable)
   • Fee: TBD (based on online access, digital materials, etc.)
   • Details:
     • Virtual participants will receive access to the online course content, live-streamed demonstrations, and digital support materials.
     • Virtual attendees will be able to interact with instructors and participate in virtual group discussions, though there will be no on-site hands-on activities.
3. Group Discount (For Organizations or Teams)
   • Fee: Custom pricing based on the number of participants.
   • Details:
     • Organizations or groups sending multiple participants can request a customized pricing plan that includes discounts based on the number of attendees.
     • Additional benefits may include private training sessions, tailored course content, and specific industry-focused case studies.

Payment Terms

• Payments for face-to-face attendance are due upon registration to secure a spot in the training program.
• Discounts or promotional rates (if available) will be applied at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

• Participants who need to cancel their attendance should notify SayPro at least 7 days before the start date of the course for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur a 20% processing fee.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the event.
