The Donor Fund Allocation Officer (SCMR-2) is a strategic and operational role critical to the effective management of SayProโ€™s donor funds. This position is responsible for ensuring the fair, transparent, and mission-aligned distribution of all donor-contributed financial resources. Working within the SayPro Marketing Royalty (SCMR) structure, the officer coordinates allocation across various programs, departments, and projects based on real-time data, organizational priorities, and donor specifications.

The Donor Fund Allocation Officer will also be responsible for developing, managing, and refining the SCMR-2 allocation framework, conducting fund flow analysis, producing donor impact reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure that every dollar, rand, euro, or pound is utilized ethically, transparently, and effectively.

  • Coordinate monthly donor fund allocation based on SayProโ€™s strategic goals and SCMR-2 criteria.
  • Apply SayProโ€™s Fund Allocation Matrix (FAM) to assess needs and justify allocation decisions.
  • Develop and maintain fund allocation schedules aligned with grant cycles and donor timelines.
  • Align allocated resources with the organizationโ€™s mission focus areas (Education, Youth Employment, Entrepreneurship, etc.).

๐Ÿ”„ Financial Tracking and Monitoring

  • Monitor and track real-time fund utilization through SayProโ€™s digital financial dashboards.
  • Identify underperforming or overfunded areas and recommend reallocation to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to reconcile fund allocations with expenditures.
  • Oversee monthly variance analysis between budgeted and actual spending by department.

  • Review and interpret donor agreements to ensure compliance with funding restrictions.
  • Ensure donor-designated contributions are allocated exactly as intended, with no unauthorized diversions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date registry of donor fund flows and historical allocation records.

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual fund utilization reports for donors and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Team to capture and present impact outcomes tied to each allocation.
  • Contribute to SayProโ€™s donor trust-building initiatives through transparent and compelling impact storytelling.
