Role Overview:
SayPro is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to prepare the Monthly Progress Report for the Diepsloot Youth Project Learnership. The report will outline the progress made by participants, the challenges encountered during the month, and provide action steps for improvement. This report will contribute to the January 27 Monthly Report and Meeting, helping stakeholders assess the program’s effectiveness, identify areas needing attention, and plan actionable solutions for continuous growth and development in the coming months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather comprehensive data on participant performance, attendance, feedback, and progress from relevant sources, including instructors, mentors, program managers, and attendance records.
- Review performance evaluations, survey responses, and participant feedback from the previous month to identify key trends and areas of focus.
- Analyze the data to identify strengths and weaknesses in the program, paying close attention to the effectiveness of different components (e.g., curriculum, mentoring, technical training, etc.).
- Progress Tracking:
