This data-driven approach helps SayPro identify the most effective campaigns and tailor fundraising strategies to meet the needs of different donor segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and Collect Data on Donation Behavior:
- Donation Frequency: Monitor how often individual donors contribute (e.g., one-time donations vs. recurring donations). This data helps determine donor loyalty and predict future donation trends.
- Average Donation Amounts: Calculate the average donation size per donor, as well as the average donation for each specific campaign. This allows SayPro to assess the financial impact of different donor segments.
- Preferred Payment Methods: Track which payment methods donors prefer, including credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, or mobile payment options. Understanding this helps SayPro optimize donation platforms and improve donor experience.
