SayPro is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to utilize SayPro’s GPT-powered tool to extract 100 relevant topics for discussion during the January 27 Monthly Report and Meeting for the Diepsloot Youth Project Learnership. This role involves analyzing data and program details to identify key discussion points related to participant progress, program feedback, attendance tracking, skill development, challenges faced, and future goals. The extracted topics will provide a structured foundation for the meeting, ensuring that all stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding of the program’s progress and areas needing attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize GPT-Powered Tool for Topic Extraction:
    • Leverage SayPro’s GPT-powered tool to generate a list of 100 relevant discussion topics based on various data sources, such as participant performance, attendance, feedback from mentors, and other program metrics.
    • Ensure the topics cover a wide range of program areas, including but not limited to:

      • Program Feedback: Extracting feedback from participants and instructors regarding the effectiveness of the program, areas for improvement, and suggestions for future activities.

      • Attendance Tracking: Discussing attendance patterns, potential issues related to engagement, and strategies to improve participation rates.
      • Challenges Faced: Identifying obstacles or challenges that have hindered progress (e.g., logistical issues, lack of resources, or external factors).
      • Future Goals: Exploring areas for further development, potential goals for participants, and strategies to enhance the program in the next quarter.
