Core Responsibilities of the Events Team:

The SayPro Events Team is responsible for overseeing all logistical and operational aspects of the competition, including but not limited to:

1. Participant Management:

Registration and Communication:
The team manages the registration process, confirms participant eligibility, and provides detailed information about submission requirements, deadlines, and event guidelines.

Information Support:
SayPro staff are available to answer questions, provide assistance, and guide participants through each stage of the competition—from initial application to final performance.

Submission Oversight:
The team handles the secure collection, organization, and preliminary verification of all audio or video submissions (if applicable), ensuring that every entry meets the format and content requirements.

2. Event Logistics:

Venue Coordination (for Live Events):

Booking and preparing performance venues, including stage layout, seating arrangements, and backstage areas.
Ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functioning, such as microphones, speakers, sound mixers, lighting, and backup systems.

Virtual Event Management (if online):

Coordinating digital infrastructure for virtual performances (e.g., live streams, video submission platforms, and viewing access).
Offering technical support to participants, judges, and audiences before and during the virtual event.

Schedule Planning:

Developing a structured event program and timeline.
