SayPro Monthly โ May SCDR-2: Employee Responsibilities
All SayPro employees participating in the May SCDR-2 initiative will be responsible for the following:
- Survey Participation
Complete the quarterly employee engagement survey. Your honest feedback helps shape future initiatives, enhance workplace culture, and guide leadership decisions. - Workshop Attendance
Attend at least two workshops or training sessions focused on leadership, communication, or skill-building. These opportunities support professional development and continuous learning. - Team Challenge Involvement
Take part in team challenges that address real business problems and encourage cross-departmental innovation. Success depends on collaboration, creativity, and strategic thinking. - Wellness Program Participation
Engage in wellness activities such as yoga, stress management seminars, or nutrition workshops. Promoting mental and physical well-being is essential to a balanced, productive work environment. - Peer Recognition
Nominate colleagues for Employee of the Quarter or other recognition awards. Recognizing and celebrating peer contributions fosters a culture of appreciation and motivation. - Providing Feedback
