As part of the SayPro Monthly Service Retail and Exhibition Event Management program, participants will be responsible for developing customer outreach strategies to generate leads and increase service sales. Below are the key responsibilities related to this task:

- Create personalized outreach campaigns using a variety of channels, including email marketing, social media, phone calls, and direct mail, to reach potential customers.
- Segment target audiences effectively based on demographics, needs, and behaviors to create tailored messaging that resonates with each group.
- Develop strategies to nurture existing customer relationships and encourage repeat business, while also identifying new leads and opportunities for growth.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage potential leads at events, exhibitions, and through digital channels, qualifying them based on their interest in SayPro’s service products.
- Create lead generation content such as eBooks, webinars, case studies, and blog posts, which can be shared through various outreach channels to attract interest and capture contact information.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and behaviors that can guide the creation of effective lead-generation tactics, continuously optimizing outreach strategies.
- Follow up with leads promptly and professionally, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about SayPro’s services and guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Developing Sales Strategies:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that support the conversion of leads into customers by providing them with the right information and support throughout the sales journey.
- Support the sales pipeline by identifying potential obstacles in the customer journey and working with the team to overcome them with targeted outreach and personalized solutions.
