To ensure comprehensive and accurate data collection on all placements made during the quarter, including job roles, training programs, volunteer work, and other developmental initiatives.

- Company/Organization Name (For job placements and community projects)

- Start and End Dates
- Location (For in-person roles, training, or projects)
- Remote/On-Site (For remote placements)
- Placement Outcomes
- Success Rate (successful completion, ongoing, terminated early, etc.)
- Job Retention (For job placements, how many remained in the position after the placement period)
- Skills Acquired/Improved (Feedback from participants on what they learned)
