Introduction

Executive Summary
My name is Daniel Makano, and I’m excited to introduce myself as a Development Specialist with DYP. I focus on capacity building. With a passion for empowering individuals and communities through education, I’ve dedicated my career to designing and facilitating training programs that inspire personal and professional growth.

In my role at DYP, I work collaboratively with diverse groups to identify their unique needs and challenges. I believe in creating tailored training solutions that equip participants with essential skills and foster confidence and a sense of agency. My experience spans various sectors.

I’m particularly committed to inclusive and participatory training methods, ensuring every voice is heard and valued. I strive to create an engaging learning environment where participants feel empowered to share their experiences and insights.
