The Complete Feedback Surveys component ensures that SayPro collects valuable insights from employees who participate in the Monthly Charitable Donations initiative — either by donating, volunteering, or both. The purpose is to measure the program’s effectiveness, understand employee satisfaction, and gather suggestions for improvement in future events.

📝 Survey Details

After completing their charitable donation or volunteering activity, employees are prompted to fill out a digital feedback survey via the SayPro platform. The survey is designed to be quick, anonymous (optional), and highly insightful, covering key areas of employee experience.

Employees are encouraged to complete the feedback survey:

• Within 7 days of participation to ensure feedback is timely and relevant

• The SayPro Platform
• A confirmation email or receipt
• SayPro’s internal CSR newsletter
