The Complete Feedback Surveys component ensures that SayPro collects valuable insights from employees who participate in the Monthly Charitable Donations initiative โ either by donating, volunteering, or both. The purpose is to measure the programโs effectiveness, understand employee satisfaction, and gather suggestions for improvement in future events.

After completing their charitable donation or volunteering activity, employees are prompted to fill out a digital feedback survey via the SayPro platform. The survey is designed to be quick, anonymous (optional), and highly insightful, covering key areas of employee experience.
