Objective: To collaborate with leadership coaches, motivational speakers, and youth development experts to develop and deliver a rich, engaging, and impactful 5-day leadership training curriculum for youth participants. This collaboration will ensure that the program is comprehensive, practical, and tailored to the unique needs of young leaders.

Collaboration Strategy

To ensure the success of the SayPro Youth Leadership Training Camp, the following collaboration approach will be implemented with key external trainers and experts:

  1. Selection of Trainers and Experts
    • Leadership Coaches: Experienced leadership coaches who specialize in youth leadership development, executive coaching, and team building. They will facilitate discussions on leadership styles, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
    • Motivational Speakers: Well-known individuals with personal stories or professional backgrounds in overcoming adversity, achieving success, or making a positive impact in their communities. Their role will be to inspire and energize participants, emphasizing the importance of self-belief and resilience.
