SayPro Tasks to Be Done for the Period:

3. Campaign Execution and Monitoring

Objective: Execute and monitor at least 3-5 advertising campaigns using tailored services for new partnerships during the period.

Key Activities:

  • Campaign Planning and Preparation:
    • Finalize the campaign strategy, goals, and objectives for each of the 3-5 new campaigns based on the customized service solutions developed for new partners.
    • Align each campaign with the partner’s specific business objectives, target audience, and advertising goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, conversions).
    • Establish clear performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of each campaign (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, return on ad spend, etc.).
  • Creative Development and Asset Preparation:
    • Collaborate with the internal creative team to develop the necessary ad creatives, including visuals, copy, videos, or interactive content tailored to the partner’s brand and messaging.
    • Ensure that all advertising assets are optimized for the selected platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, Instagram, programmatic ads, etc.).
    • Review and gain final approval from the partner on all creative elements before launching.
  • Campaign Launch:
    • Execute the campaigns on the chosen platforms, ensuring that all targeting, bidding, and budget settings align with the partner’s goals and expectations.
    • Use automated tools and AI-powered analytics to streamline campaign setup, monitor real-time performance, and adjust targeting as needed.
    • Ensure that the campaigns are launched on time, and ensure proper tracking is in place to monitor the performance of each campaign.
  • Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Continuously monitor the performance of each campaign using real-time analytics and performance dashboards.
    • Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition costs.
    • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments in campaign targeting, creative, budget allocation, and bidding strategy.
    • Implement A/B testing where applicable to compare different ad creatives, messaging, or strategies to identify the most effective approach.
  • Communication with Clients:
    • Provide regular updates to partners, keeping them informed about campaign performance, key metrics, and ongoing optimization efforts.
    • Share performance reports and insights with the client, explaining the impact of the campaign on their goals and highlighting areas of success or opportunities for further improvement.
    • Engage in proactive communication to discuss any challenges or adjustments needed during the campaign execution.
  • Post-Campaign Evaluation:
    • After each campaign ends, conduct a detailed post-mortem analysis to assess whether the campaign met the predefined objectives and KPIs.
    • Provide a final performance report to the client, including key results, lessons learned, and recommendations for future campaigns.
    • Evaluate the ROI and overall effectiveness of the campaign, and document successful strategies to replicate in future campaigns.
  • Ongoing Campaign Optimization:
    • As the campaigns progress, continue monitoring the results and adjust the campaigns to maximize performance.
    • Implement new optimizations based on changing trends, audience behavior, and client feedback.

Key Metrics to Track:

  • Campaign performance: Measure success based on key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Partner satisfaction: Regular communication to ensure the partner is satisfied with campaign performance and ongoing adjustments.
  • Revenue generation: Track the financial outcomes of the campaigns and their contribution to overall revenue.
  • Campaign improvements: Identify optimization opportunities through testing and real-time monitoring.

Goal: Execute and successfully monitor 3-5 tailored advertising campaigns for new partnerships, ensuring each campaign is optimized for performance, aligns with the partner’s business objectives, and delivers measurable results.
