As part of the selection process for SayPro, participants are required to submit an audio or video recording of their chosen song. Submission Requirements:

1. Format and Quality

File Types Accepted: Common audio formats (MP3, WAV) and video formats (MP4, MOV, AVI).
Audio Quality: Clear, noise-free recordings with minimal background interference.
Video Quality: Clear visuals with good lighting and sound; the participant should be fully visible, and the audio should clearly capture the song.
Participants are encouraged to use smartphones, webcams, or professional recording equipment, ensuring the best possible representation of their performance.

2. Content

The recording should feature the participant performing the full song they intend to present during the event.
Any accompanying instruments or backing tracks must be included in the recording.
The performance should reflect the cultural elements described in the Song & Performance Details document.

3. Duration

The submission should capture the complete performance unless otherwise specified.
If there are time limits for preliminary screening, participants will be notified in advance.

4. Submission Instructions

Participants must upload their audio or video files via the designated online portal or submit via the method specified by the organizing committee.
File size limits will be communicated, and if necessary, guidance on compressing files without loss of quality will be provided.

5. Deadline

All audio/video submissions must be received by the stated deadline to be considered for preliminary evaluation.
