    General Comments / Observations
The student social worker had a meeting with the board members, Ms Rikhotso and Mr Legodi regarding the proposal of the project earlier on. The agreement from the meeting was that the student will come back and tell the meeting attendees about the dates proposed for the project implementation, as a result, the student wants to know if it is she can inform them about the project dates tomorrow on the 28th. The student has limited time from the project planning to the implementation and did not have enough time to inform the meeting attendees 10 days prior as agreed based on the law and the regulations of SayPro.

    General Comments / Observations
As per UJ guideline, the student is expected to start with the exams from the week of the 29th of May. The student social worker will still be attending at SayPro for practical work but will pause on the group implementation. The reason is that the group has to be implemented in 6 consecutive weeks, and it will not be enough by the time when the student will be taking a break for the school holidays in June (as guided by the UJ Internship Learning guide). The student social worker will continue with the implementation of the group in July or end of June. The updates will be posted in due time.
