On 03 October 2025, SayPro Community Development and Research (SayProCDR) conducted a Nguwe Wedwa training session for 77 youth in Diepsloot. The initiative aimed to empower young individuals with practical skills in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and career development. This training formed part of SayProโs ongoing mission to promote community growth, youth empowerment, and social cohesion through education and skills development.
2. Objectives of the Training
The key objectives of the training were to:
- Develop entrepreneurial skills that help youth start and sustain small businesses.
- Enhance financial literacy to support effective money management and planning.
- Improve employability by providing career guidance and professional development skills.
- Promote inclusion and participation of youth in community development initiatives.
