It plays a central role in delivering on SayPro’s brand promise by keeping sponsors informed, appreciated, and involved throughout the event cycle.

Consistent and professional communication enhances credibility, prevents misunderstandings, and lays the foundation for renewed and expanded sponsorships in future SayPro initiatives.


Core Goals:

  1. Maintain ongoing contact with sponsors throughout pre-, during, and post-event phases.
  2. Ensure sponsors understand and receive their entitled benefits.
  3. Provide logistical support to help sponsors prepare for activations.

Key Activities and Implementation Plan:

1. Assign Dedicated Sponsor Relationship Managers

  • Allocate one Sponsor Liaison Officer or team member per major sponsor (or group of sponsors by tier).
  • This person serves as the main point of contact, handling communication, requests, and updates.

2. Develop a Sponsor Communication Calendar

  • Map out a timeline of scheduled communications, including:
    • Welcome/introduction emails
