Step-by-Step Process

1. Close the Nomination Window

  • Announce the final call for nominations at least 48 hours before closure.
  • Close the official nomination form on the SayPro intranet or HR portal.
  • Acknowledge total number of submissions and thank all participants for their engagement.

2. Review and Evaluation

  • A designated Recognition Committee (comprising HR staff, department leads, and senior leadership) reviews all nominations.
  • Evaluation criteria may include:
    • Contribution to team or organizational goals
