1. Close the Nomination Window
- Announce the final call for nominations at least 48 hours before closure.
- Close the official nomination form on the SayPro intranet or HR portal.

- A designated Recognition Committee (comprising HR staff, department leads, and senior leadership) reviews all nominations.
