SayPro Workshop Participation
Overview
SayPro encourages all employees to participate in professional development activities such as internal and external workshops, webinars, and training programs. To ensure accountability, maintain accurate training records, and recognize employee growth, all workshop participants are required to submit their certificates of participation via the SayPro platform.
This process supports SayPro’s commitment to continuous learning and helps track each employee’s development journey in a centralized, transparent, and verifiable way.
Purpose
- To document and validate participation in workshops and training programs.
- To maintain updated professional development records for all employees.
- To support performance reviews, promotions, and career planning through verified credentials.
- To recognize and reward employees who actively engage in learning opportunities.
Submission Process
1. Attendance and Completion
- Employees are expected to attend workshops organized by SayPro or approved external providers.
- Upon completion, employees should obtain a Certificate of Participation or Completion from the training provider.
2. Certificate Requirements
Each certificate should include the following information:
- Employee’s full name
- Title and subject of the workshop/training
- Name of the training provider or organization
- Date(s) of the event
- Duration or number of hours
- Signature/stamp of the organizer (if applicable)
3. Submission Steps
- Log in to the SayPro Employee Portal using official credentials.
- Navigate to the “Professional Development” section.
- Click on “Submit Workshop Certificate”.
- Upload a scanned copy or digital file (PDF or JPEG) of the certificate.
- Fill in the accompanying form, including:
- Title of the workshop
- Date(s) attended
- Provider/organization name
- Brief summary of key learning or outcomes
- Submit for verification.
4. Verification
- HR or the Learning & Development (L&D) department reviews the submission.
- If the certificate meets the requirements, it is approved and added to the employee’s training record.
- If information is incomplete or incorrect, the employee will be notified to re-submit with corrections.
Submission Deadlines
- Certificates must be submitted within 7 business days of completing the workshop.
- Late submissions may not be counted toward formal training credits or recognition programs unless justified and approved.

- Employees who submit and complete 3 or more workshops in a quarter may be eligible for “Learning Champion” recognition.
- Certificates may contribute to criteria for Employee of the Month/Quarter selection.
- Submitted certificates can also be included in the annual performance appraisal portfolio.
Reminders and Support
- Monthly Reminders: Employees will receive email prompts to submit any outstanding certificates.
- Help Desk Support: The HR/L&D team will be available to assist employees with submission issues or questions.
- Workshops Tracker: Employees can view a summary of all submitted and approved certificates on their dashboard.
