1. Review & Finalize Sponsorship Agreements
- Confirm Deliverables: Review signed sponsorship agreements to verify the specific deliverables, benefits, and timelines agreed upon with each sponsor.
- Point of Contact: Assign an internal point of contact (POC) for each sponsor to manage communication and ensure streamlined execution.
- Kick-Off Meeting: Schedule a sponsor-specific kick-off call or meeting to align on branding guidelines, content submission timelines, and deliverable expectations.
2. Branding & Visual Representation
- Logo Placement:
