I am writing to request approval to invite stakeholders from the NPO Capacity Building Training WhatsApp group, as well as selected community members, to attend the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Diepsloot Youth Project.

These individuals have shown significant interest in youth development and community upliftment, and their presence at the AGM would add valuable insight and support. Extending this invitation would also help foster greater collaboration and transparency between the Diepsloot Youth Project and the broader community network.
