We hereby submit this formal request for the Royal Committee’s gracious consent and support to commence and host our 2024–2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 31 July 2025. The proposed time for the AGM is from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and we humbly request that this gathering be held under the blessing and dignified presence of the Royal Committee.
The AGM serves as a key governance milestone in our organizational calendar. It is during this gathering that we present our annual report, review the financial and operational performance of the previous fiscal year, discuss strategic goals, and allow members to engage in a transparent and inclusive decision-making process.
