Objective:
To measure the effectiveness of sponsor-related digital content and campaigns, ensuring that each sponsor’s visibility goals are met and value is clearly demonstrated through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibility: Track and Report on Digital Engagement Metrics
The SayPro Digital Sponsorship Engagement Specialist is responsible for monitoring the performance of all sponsor-related content across SayPro’s digital platforms. This involves capturing real-time engagement data, evaluating results against campaign objectives, and delivering actionable reports to both internal teams and individual sponsors.
Detailed Actions:
- Define Sponsor-Specific KPIs:
- Work with each sponsor to identify their primary digital objectives (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, traffic, conversions).
- Translate these into measurable KPIs such as impressions, reach, engagement rate, video views, click-through rates, shares, or signups.
- Platform-Specific Tracking:
- Monitor sponsor content performance on:
- Social Media (Meta platforms, LinkedIn, TikTok, X): likes, shares, comments, views, saves.
- Email Campaigns: open rates, click-throughs, unsubscribes, conversions.
- Website: page views, average time on sponsor pages, referral clicks.
- Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and third-party dashboards to track and compile data.
- Monitor sponsor content performance on:
- Real-Time Monitoring and Adjustments:
- Track campaign performance in real time to spot underperforming content and make prompt adjustments to improve reach and engagement.
- Implement A/B testing of subject lines, creative formats, or CTA placements when needed.
- Sponsor-Specific Digital Reports:
- Create customized digital performance reports for each sponsor, including:
- Summary of campaign activities
- Visual dashboards with key metrics
- Comparisons to initial goals
- Insights and recommendations for future campaigns
- Present reports post-festival and/or on a monthly basis depending on sponsor tier and agreement.
