Accurate and consistent donor records are essential to SayPro’s transparency, operational efficiency, and donor relationship management. To achieve this, SayPro has implemented a cross-functional coordination process between the Fundraising Team, Sponsorship Team, and the Donor Data Management Unit to ensure that all records reflect real-time information, are aligned across systems, and are error-free.

This ongoing liaison guarantees that all donor entries—whether acquired through campaigns, sponsorship arrangements, or crowdfunding initiatives—are accurately captured, categorized, and verified within the central SayPro Donor Directory.

    • Manages the SayPro Donor Directory and CRM system
    • Validates, updates, and reconciles donor data

  4. Marketing Royalty Team
    • Oversees strategic alignment and branding of donor communications
    • Assists in campaign planning and sponsor recognition

1. Weekly Alignment Meetings

  • Weekly 30-minute check-in meetings between Fundraising, Sponsorship, and Data Management teams

  • A centralized and secure shared drive is used to store:

  • The Data Management Team performs a bi-weekly review to:

  • Inconsistencies are reported back to the relevant team for correction within 72 hours
