One of the key documents is theGame Strategy Pla. Below is a detailed breakdown of what is required.
1. Game Strategy Plan

Purpose
The Game Strategy Plan is a comprehensive document designed to capture the strategic intentions and tactical decisions of each participating employee or team in a SayPro-organized game, simulation, or strategic activity. It ensures preparedness, alignment with objectives, and clear role delegation within the team.
Who Must Submit

All participating employees, whether as team leaders or members, must submit an individual or team Game Strategy Plan prior to the commencement of the activity.

Submission Deadline

At least3 business days before the event or competition begins.
Late submissions may lead to disqualification or limited participation privileges.
Required Components of the Game Strategy Pla

2. Objectives
Clearly define your team’s goals (e.g., win the challenge, build collaboration, increase speed/efficiency).
Include both short-term and long-term objectives for the game.
3. Game Mechanics Understanding
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the rules, scoring methods, and game dynamics.
Mention any known advantages/disadvantages and how your team plans to handle them.
4. Strategic Approach

Explain your overall strategy to win or succeed in the activity.
Describe decision-making processes, resource management, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution plans.
5. Tactics & Implementatio

Break down your gameplay into tactical phases (e.g., preparation, execution, adaptation).
Outline specific maneuvers, power plays, or timing-based decisions your team plans to execute.

6. Role Assignment & Responsibilities

Assign specific roles to each team member and explain how each contributes to the overall strategy.
Include contingency roles or backup responsibilities in case of absence or challenge.
7. Communication Pla

Describe how the team will communicate during the game (tools, protocols, hierarchy).
Include signals or code words if applicable.

8. Performance Metrics
