SayPro Monthly – May SCDR-2: Employee Responsibilities

All SayPro employees participating in the May SCDR-2 initiative will be responsible for the following:

  1. Survey Participation
    Complete the quarterly employee engagement survey. Your honest feedback helps shape future initiatives, enhance workplace culture, and guide leadership decisions.
  2. Workshop Attendance
    Attend at least two workshops or training sessions focused on leadership, communication, or skill-building. These opportunities support professional development and continuous learning.
  3. Team Challenge Involvement
    Take part in team challenges that address real business problems and encourage cross-departmental innovation. Success depends on collaboration, creativity, and strategic thinking.
  4. Wellness Program Participation
    Engage in wellness activities such as yoga, stress management seminars, or nutrition workshops. Promoting mental and physical well-being is essential to a balanced, productive work environment.
  5. Peer Recognition
    Nominate colleagues for Employee of the Quarter or other recognition awards. Recognizing and celebrating peer contributions fosters a culture of appreciation and motivation.
  6. Providing Feedback
    Participate in one-on-one feedback sessions with your manager to review engagement activities and share suggestions for improvement. Your insights are vital for enhancing future programs.
  7. Employee Engagement Feedback Form
    Submit your feedback on the employee engagement program via the online survey available on the SayPro website by May 10, 2025. Your input is critical for the ongoing success of SayPro initiatives.
  8. Workshop Completion Certificates
    After attending any approved workshop, employees are required to upload their certificate of completion through SayPro’s online platform to ensure proper documentation and participation tracking.
  9. Team Project Reports
    Employees involved in team challenges must submit weekly or bi-weekly progress reports, documenting their work, achievements, and any outcomes. Regular updates are essential for tracking team performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  10. SayPro Employee Recognition Nominations
    Submit nomination forms for colleagues who deserve recognition for their contributions or achievements during the quarter. These nominations help celebrate and highlight exceptional efforts within the team.
