– Coordination with Stakeholders: Schedule pre-event meetings with speakers, legal teams, external partners, and support staff to confirm availability and expectations.
– Session Structuring: Structure the agenda to include keynote addresses, panel discussions, legal breakout sessions, compliance workshops, and Q&A forums.
